Let us tell you that after 64 years in the Gujarat assembly, the Anti Black Magic Bill has been passed unanimously to stop human sacrifice and other inhuman, evil and brutal practices. The difference between faith and superstition has been explained in Section-2 of the Act of this law. According to which, now in the state of Gujarat, conducting, promoting, propagating human sacrifice, cruel practices, black magic or other such inhumane, evil acts is a crime by law.
Apart from this, in the name of removing ghost, witch or evil spirit from the body of a person, tying a person with rope or chains, beating with a stick or whip, using chilli smoke or hanging from the ceiling by the hair, or putting hot objects on the body or making him drink alcohol or water soaked in shoes, forcibly putting excreta in the mouth of a person or other inhumane acts is a crime by law.
Apart from this, if any person tries to earn money by doing so-called miracles in the state, then that is also a crime by law.
